What a Tenant will receive from Pennine Estates:

6, In & out information sent to utility Companies (gas, water, electric & council tax).

8, Tenant is required to set up of Standing order to collect monthly rents.
Tenants will need to produce two forms of ID: i.e. Driving licence or Passport and a recent utility bill and/or, in most cases, will need a guarantor (exceptions to this may be someone with several years' employment - not self-employed).
Guarantors will need to be home owners and will also need a referencing completing. Home ownership will be verified with the land registry.
Deposit – equivalent to 1 month rent.

The cost for property sales is just £699 + vat.

Monthly management fee equivalent to 10% (5% for the first 12 months) + vat.
